eSorter, ScienceBeam spike sorter, is a high performance and user friendly panel in software, desigened for visualizing and classifying action potential signals, spikes and PSTH collected from single and micro-arrey electrodes.

It gives the ability to separate action potential signals through two modes,amplitude window discriminator and 2D feature space clustring.

 

Automatic clustering

ScienceBeam spike sorter has a automatic clustering selection in 2D feature space. it gives more than 20 spike features for grouping spikes with similar features into clusters, corresponding to a different neuron. Some spike features includes:

peak, valley, width, positive area, negative area, energy, non-linear energy, mean, Variance, peak to valley, slope. ScienceBeam Spike sorter has also 8 channels PSTH and ISI window .
