ROTA-ROD apparatus

Performance test based on a rotating rod with forced motor activity being applied.

video tracking

Video tracking

“Video tracking” is the most widely applied and flexible software that tracks and analyses in behavioral experiments, movement, and activity of any animal, without the use of sensors.
The easiest and most convenient way to track rodent behavior in any maze.
“Video tracking” system designed to automate testing in a wide range of behavioral apparatus, such as:
• Water-mazes (pre-programmed user-defined zone definition)
• Plus mazes
• Z-, T-, Y-mazes
• Radial mazes
• Open fields
• Locomotor activity boxes (pre-programmed user-defined zone definition)
Eight-port hardware is optionally available. It can be connected to new stimulus and response devices, which will be added to the test apparatus. The response device can be controlled via video tracking & Hardware Control Module (using the Interface)

Brain matrix

These high-grade acrylics and stainless steel matrices are precisely machined to ensure reproducible even sections of tissue from rats or mice. The brain matrices allow the researcher to slice either coronal
(Perpendicular to centerline) or sagittal (parallel to centerline) sections through the brain.
