Brief biography
Mr. Abolhasan Yousefpour is a senior researcher at the INTC
Research assistance at the department of biological engineering, case western reserve university, USA
He completed his MSc in neural engineering under the supervision of Prof. Erfanian in 2019. For his master thesis, he investigated the impact of intraspinal microstimulation on bladder control in animal models. He has published 2 peer-reviewed articles related to this topic. His works related to intraspinal microstimulation are published in the journal of Nature Scientific Report. His research interests include functional electrical stimulation (FES), deep brain stimulation, photobiomodulation, nonlinear control theory, human-machine interface, and biomedical signal processing. He also served as a guest reviewer of the journal of IEEE EMBS in 2020.
